Terms of sale

Ready pieces in the collection are sold as described. Made-to-order and fitted work is built to a written quotation. 50% on acceptance of quotation, balance on delivery or collection. Timber is a natural material: grain, colour and small marks vary from the photograph.

Bespoke furniture made to your measurements is exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, because it is made to your specification. Ready stock collected from Whitefriars may be returned unused within 14 days; we refund less return carriage.

Prices on this site include VAT. Lead times start when the deposit clears.

Wholesale, procurement and import–export are business-to-business. Trade accounts are net 30 only after a written credit application. Duties, VAT on import and destination charges are as quoted (DDP or EXW) — never assumed.

Delivery and installation

Collection from Whitefriars is free. England delivery and UK mainland delivery are priced at checkout. Fitted work includes professional installation in England as quoted.

You are responsible for access, parking and a clear room on the day. We will not leave a piece if the opening, stair or lift cannot take it — we will rearrange.

Privacy

Name, email, telephone and address are used only to quote, make, deliver or book your visit. Orders, bookings and quotations are stored in this browser. We do not sell your details. To erase them, clear this site’s stored data, or write to hello@sustainablefurnitureint.co.uk.
